Sports Premium

In order to make the National Curriculum for Physical Education possible in every school, the UK government has since 2013, launched a funding initiative for primary schools, dubbed as the School Sports Premium. With the doubling of Sports Premium funds since 2017, many schools now have the finances needed to run physical education programs.

 

We want to equip primary schools all around England with the technical know-how we cultivated in our last 10+ years in the industry, so that we can get kids excited about all kinds of sports and activities once more, just as much as we are passionate about their futures born of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

 

That’s why we at SPA offer Sports Premium Support for primary schools, utilising your available resources and infrastructure towards building a customised support plan that will:

 

• Increase sports participation, skill efficacy and confidence amongst students
• Increase competitiveness of school teams towards becoming regional challengers
• Introduce experience and know-how in managing Sports Premium expenditure according to national guidelines
