While our boot camps are great for all-around fitness and also for social exercise, it lacks the fine-tuned effectiveness a personal trainer can offer. As such, we provide PT sessions for those who seek specific goals for their workouts. Be it preparing for a marathon, breaking past a workout plateau, or even to finally be able to do a pull-up (you wouldn’t believe how many people want this), our team of certified personal trainers have got you covered.

 

While all of our PT sessions are customised to fit each of our clients, we sort our PT sessions into four categories.

SPArk-Up PT (Beginner Stage)

Here’s to starting off on the right foot. This course is most suited for those who’ve never set foot in a gym before. The focus here is too bring out your potential with the right techniques and proper forms, and to ascertain your limits and push on them as needed. This stage is also crucial for setting up the mental framework needed to keep up a workout routine and prepare your heart to be able to stick to your diet and active lifestyle decisions.

 

Benefits at this stage are primarily mental and emotional, such as inner motivation, holistic wellbeing, better productivity at work, and dietary and lifestyle education. While some clients may see some improvement to their physique, clearer changes will only develop will long-term commitment to one’s plan.

SPArtan PT
(Veteran Stage)

Once your trainer deems you ready, we will automatically upgrade you to our SPArtan program for free (no extra charge) where we take the solid foundation built earlier and shift gears into veteran mode, where the emphasis is now on progressive challenges, plateau and goal breaking, and maximizing physical and mental strength and capabilities.

 

At this point, you’ll have begun to see visible improvements to your physique and appearance. But our SPArtan program will take your body from decent to Instagram-model worthy! Our trainers now look towards your mastery of more advanced techniques and pushing for excellence. We will also educate you more deeply about the science that goes behind the workouts and dieting strategies to further suit your fitness goals.

Sports + PT

Our SPA Sports+ is our sports-centric PT program that incorporates specific sports skill training with all-round physical training. This course focuses on developing in you competitive skills, techniques, and game knowledge (such as rules, tactics, and strategies) for your chosen sport.

 

Our Sports+ programs find greatest popularity with young lads and ladies who used to be active athletes in their schooling days, but lost touch with sports and exercise once their careers begun to take off. Hence, we have designed our Sports+ sessions to be compact and intense, making it easier to fit these sessions into their busy work schedules. This program is perfect for those who want to transform a casual hobby into an integral part of their weekly workout regimen, or even develop their skills into a professional side hustle.
