At SPA, we strive to teach our children to strive for their own idea of excellence in sports. Our coaches guide and empower each student to take their training and motivation into their own hands.
We do our best to inspire our kids to go the distance. Because it’s not about the destination, it’s about the passion, friendship and joy that comes with it.
In fact, it’s this passion that’s shared across the SPA Squad that brought us this far since our humble beginnings of playing after-school matches with our own mates many summers past.
If you’ve just read the message above, and you’re thinking to yourself, “I completely relate to SPA’s approach to sports and education, and I really wish I could be a part of that!” then guess what? We may have a spot reserved for you if you:
- – Have experience in coaching, but additional experience in education is a plus.
- – Are qualified in Safeguarding, First Aid and Health and Safety certifications or equivalents
- – Pass an enhanced DBS Check
- – Are skilled and experienced in playing specific sports at a professional or semi-pro level.
- – Are physically fit enough to deliver and demonstrate physical skill training.
- – Truly care about the people you work with on a social and emotional level, and are mature enough to mentor younger individuals.
- – Most importantly, will go the extra mile to bring out the best fromyour students.

Assistant Coaching
If you’re a passionate young athlete who’s below the age of 16 but super interested in guiding and training younger kids, we at SPA are fully committed to supporting and training you as apprentices and coaches in training.
We also collaborate with universities and colleges to provide such opportunities to students, to provide them with career experience relevant to physical education, sports sciences, and others as applicable.

Sports Performance Academy Ltd is an innovative company looking for part-time and casual sports coaches in the London area.
To be successful, an applicant must possess the following:
- 1.An Emergency First Aid Certificate
- 2.A safeguarding certificate
- 3.An enhanced DBS/DBS
- 4.A recognized NGB Level 1, 2 or 3 coaching qualification
- 5.Excellent knowledge of the Physical Education and National Curriculum.
* Sports Performance Academy Ltd is open from 8.00 am to 7.30 pm Monday- Friday, and 9.00 am to 11.00 am on weekends (a variety of posts are available)
They must also demonstrate:
- 1. A passion for improving their coaching skills and knowledge.
- 2. A passion and strong desire to improve and develop physical attributes in the young children
- 3. Knowledge and experience in coaching sports for young children
- 4. The planning ability and the ability to deliver a variety of activities and sports to various ages and abilities
* Applicants who are successful can expect to earn up to £35 every hour depending on the qualification level and experience.
