Our team of personal trainers and coaches are ready to invest their experience, knowledge, and cheeky wit to get you moving and becoming the best version of you possible, from physical fitness to a balanced mind and spirit.

 

Our bespoke training methods ensure that no two workout plans are same, because no two people are same in this world. Everyone comes with different limitations, be it time constraints, their baseline fitness levels, mental exhaustion from the daily grind, and their fears: the fear of doing it wrong or fearing that they’ve gone past their prime.

It’s tough to be a parent. You’re a professional in the day, but at night you take on the roles of cook, manager, entertainer, confidant, number one fan to your kids, supporter and best friend to your spouse (wasn’t that a mouthful!). We’ve got the kids covered. We can time your sessions to line up with your kid’s sports sessions, making it more convenient for you (and it’ll take less willpower to get up too!)

Our Programmes, Your Progress

At SPA Prime, we offer two kinds of fitness training: Boot Camps and Personal Training. Before we get into what makes each of these different, here’s the methods and approaches that make up the core of each program, and are included for every single Prime Partner.

Customization

  • When starting, our trainers will take you through a baseline consultation and assessment to evaluate your current lifestyle, training experience, and fitness goals.
  • Your training plan will be tailored based on these information, and will be adapted based on your progress as we go with you on your fitness journey.

Nutrition

  • We also provide our Prime Partners with a nutrition plan (which we design with you personally) to maximize the returns of your efforts while conveniently fitting in with your daily schedule and lifestyle.

Mindfulness

  • Throughout your journey with us, we’ll guide you through quick-and-easy mental tools to help you reshape your habits and thinking to give you full focus and willpower during your workouts, and to also equip you for self-empowerment and joy throughout your day.

Metrics and Moments

  • Metrics matter to us because it helps you to prove to yourself how great you’re doing, what you’re capable of achieving, and how much further you can go!
  • But at the same time, the important stuff in life can’t be measured. That’s why we’re trained to be there for you during both celebrations and struggles, and will help you keep a Feelings Logbook to show you how your thinking and worldview shifts and improves over the course of your journey with us (good source of testimonials).
