The SPA Squad is comprised of specialised coaches, educators and mentors who believe that Expertise, Measurement, and Securitymust go hand-in-hand to create a lasting impact on children’s physical and emotional development. Hence, our NGB-approved skills and practices (some of us accredited even at NGB second level) involve:

Expertise

As part of our training and mentoring approaches, the SPA Squad specialise in:

 

  • Developing, customising, and delivering National Curriculum Sports and PE Plans for a variety of sports across different age groups.
  • Empowering and equipping your children to take a personal stake in their physical education and talent management
  • Dedicating resources for the formal and informal mentorship of every child

Measurement

As any service should, we take a data-driven approach towards carrying out our training and mentoring programs. This has driven us to back our programs with:

 

  • Regular assessments on your child’s individual performance and behaviour to teachers, accompanied by reports suitable for parent’s evenings and Ofsted Inspections
  • Quality Assurance observations to track program and trainer performance, and identify opportunities for further customisation and improvements on behalf of our trainers and clients.

Security

We maintain our SPA Internal Safety Practices to ensure the utmost safety of your children, allowing them (and you) the peace of mind when being active and having fun. Towards this goal, our SPA Internal Trainer Database tracks and ensures that each of us:

 

  • Is trained in Emergency First Aid
  • Has a personal Safeguarding Certificate for Children

Seamless Integration

For all our sports clubs, we insist on assisting you with all related administrative and promotional tasks. As we know these tasks can be very time consuming for you, we are even happy to do this on your school’s behalf, so that you can maximise your productivity across other activities. These tasks also ensure that we engage with parents and students, address their queries and maximise sign-up rates.

 

These tasks include:

  • Running manned sign-up booths
  • Full handling of payment processing
  • Full handling of all queries
  • Provision of paperwork and promotional materials
  • Meet and greet sessions for parents to meet SPA staff
